We proudly executed a comprehensive Semi-Automatic Transformer Testing System project, designed to test transformers with capacities up to 10MVA / 33 kV. This project encompassed complete design, development, testing, supply, installation, and commissioning to deliver an advanced Test Bench, Power Panel, and a 1.1 kV HT Capacitor Panel. The system incorporates two specialized Motor-Generator sets, a 12.5MVA / 11kV / 50Hz MG set and a 5MVA / 11kV / 200Hz MG set, ensuring versatile testing capabilities. The project scope included the design, development, testing, supply, installation, and commissioning of an advanced test Bench, Power panel, PLC panel, RIO Panel, Transformer protection panels, generator protection panels, and a 6.6kV / 630A motorized changeover panel. This project involved seamless integration with a robust 1600A dimmer, a high-capacity 1500KVA / 150Hz DVDF test unit, a formidable 600KVA / 300kV / 2000mA high-voltage testing setup, and a resilient 300KVA / 433V / 150Hz Motor Generator set. The integrated system is meticulously designed to facilitate precise testing of transformers with ratings up to 160MVA / 33kV.
